Member of the Brazilian Bar Association. Specialist in Civil Procedure Law and Contracts, both from PUC-SP, where she was also an assistant professor. She is currently pursuing another postgraduate degree in Homoaffective and Gender Law and is focusing on issues of diversity and inclusion of particular groups in corporate environments. In 2018, Fernanda led the Labor Law team recognized in Leaders League international ranking and in 2019 she was recognized by Chambers and Partners International Directory as one of the pioneers in diversity and inclusion in the legal area. With extensive experience in the labor area, including high complexity cases such as public civil actions filed by the Public Prosecutor’s Office, involving collective rights and investigation of economic groups. She also acts in actions and consultancies related to mergers and acquisitions, creation and development of incentive plans, stock options, and structuring of areas in complex corporate environments. Responsible for coordinating the Labor Relations area.
