Daniela Barreiro Barbosa

Member of the Brazilian Bar Association since 2001. Postgraduate in Civil Procedure Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and Postgraduate in Real Estate Law from United Metropolitan Colleges (FMU-SP). Member of the Board of Directors of the Movimento dos Advogados em Defesa dos Credores do Poder Público – MADECA (Movement of Lawyers in Defense of Public Creditors). She works in the area of Administrative Public Law, highlighting issues that involve execution against the Public Treasury and judicial measures aiming at to the repayment of court-ordered debt payments not paid by bringing suits for federal interventions and seizure of incomes. Responsible for the coordination of the Administrative Law area.
