Janaína De Castro Galvão

Degree in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC/SP, 2009) and degree in Social Sciences from Univerdade de São Paulo (USP, 2007). Postgraduate degree in Civil Procedural Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV Law, 2011) and in Business Law from Escola Paulista de Direito (EPD, 2012). She took an extension course in Arbitration and Mediation at AASP, in partnership with CAM-CCBC, and in Operations for Debt Restructuring at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV Law). Member of the Brazilian Institute of Competition, Consumption and International Trade Studies (IBRAC), of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr), Association of Lawyers of São Paulo (AASP) and of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).

 

Partner in charge of the Civil and Dispute Resolution Area, with extensive experience in the strategic management of highly complex (arbitration and/or judicial) disputes, in all instances and courts, dealing with business and corporate relations, consumer relations, real estate relations, and the mining, medical and health care, education, telephony and maritime transport segments.
